Jan 28, 2021 · Hey guys, I wanted to post something that has been hidden within the BMW community. A client of mine recently purchased the New 2021 BMW R-18, First Edition. My client was excited to finally receive his bike and immediately put a 100 miles on it. However, to our disbelief, we noticed that the left exhaust pipe started to blow blue smoke.

I was at a moto show the weekend past and the BMW guys there made me question the R NineT over a couple different models but advised that I really go for a test drive at one of their showrooms first. Bear in mind they were trying to sell R12's. experience wise, ive driven a couple different 125cc bikes for couple years, a 650cc triumph for my test.
