All students desiring to pursue a degree in music must apply to both Baylor University and the School of Music in addition to completing an audition (audition dates are selected on the School of Music application). This is a BM Symphonic Alto Horn, year unknown, serial number 731417. It is built like a small Euphonium, where the leadpipe goes directly into the valve block and the main tuning slide comes after the valves, instead of before. It has a beautiful singing tone, though intonation is tricky.
