With support from GO Buffalo Niagara, Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps (BCAR) is offering a Carpool Permit program for a minimum of two and a maximum of four eligible monthly parkers in good standing (or up to 15 parkers for vanpools).

In an effort to offer additional public parking services to existing BCAR Customers and the downtown Buffalo parking public, BCAR and the City of Buffalo are pleased to offer the Part-time Monthly Parker Program.

Presently BCAR is suspending monthlies during the pandemic. As of April 1, 2022 we can no longer guarantee your space will be available when you return if demand increases and a waiting list is started.

Monthlies that are called from the waiting list need to bring the application and payment to the BCAR Main Office at 255 Pearl St. Monthly permits are not prorated. The fee covers the calendar month (1st through the last day of the month).
