Feb 8, 2017 · Actually, there was (is) a modification from Browning for the 3" B80's that is claimed to improve cycling reliability when shooting lighter shells. Although the description for the part says it enhances gas pressure, to me the modification appears to add a small amount of short recoil energy to help cycle the action.

Jun 29, 2009 · The Browning B80 was a gas operated semi-auto with Beretta made parts and Beretta patents. Essentially the same as the 302-303 Beretta. The barrels interchange and most other parts interchange. One thing to keep in mind is that the 2 3/4" barrels will shoot those length shells and the 3" will shoot those, but NOT interchangably.

Sep 13, 2004 · I have a Browning B80 that has been jamming. Went shooting trap for the first time this season and after shooting a few it began partially ejecting and even not ejecting at all. Had the gun for a long time and it has never jammed.
