    Developed by the Glenn L. Martin Company under license from the British English Electric Canberra, the B-57 was one of the few foreign-designed aircraft to be mass-produced in the United States. It served in various capacities, from tactical bombing to high-altitude reconnaissance, and saw extensive use during the Cold War and the Vietnam War.
