Aug 6, 2021 · Honestly, you should still be using @mail.mil for webmail access. You can access Outlook 365 on a NIPR system for you're @army.mil email, but there's no guarantee that those emails will still exist when @mail.mil and @army.mil merge at the end of the year.

Encrypted emails cannot be opened because they were sent to my @army.mil address but I can only see them in my @mail.mil account in Outlook 2016 desktop application. Apr 19, 2022 · A365 (army.mil) SMIME is broken. Period. Known issue with no ETA on a fix. OWA (mail.mil) SMIME still works using internet explorer and tweaking your advanced settings. Considering you mention entering a domain in the extension, I’m guessing you’re on A365 which means no bueno.
