Anemometer masts are meteorological or wind measurement masts. They have tools attached to measure wind speed and direction at different heights above the ground. They’re used for weather forecasting and research, wind energy development, environmental studies and aviation safety amongst other uses. Why should anemometer masts be frangible?

The standard masts are supplied with either Second Wind, NRG or Vector anemometers and wind vanes. Our standard Campbell Scientific logger enclosure supports logging of temperature and humidity data if required.
