I keep receiving OTP from ADA OTP in whatsapp since yesterday. Should i be worried? I keep deleting it. Received it more than 5 times now. I was not doing anything online and i keep receiving it. Anybody else experienced the same thing?

Received a verified business account named "ADA OTP" and got a code from em. I have never used it never heard of it. Did someone got my number and are they using it, or did they miss-typed their number? I have already changed my passwords to my emails. I have also blocked their account on whatsapp as well.

Since a few days ago, some of my users who have enrolled in SMS MFA in Firebase Auth (in my case upgraded to Identity Platform) have been getting their OTP codes via WhatsApp instead of SMS. All the messages are coming from a WhatsApp business account called “ADA OTP”, with varying numbers (for example: +94 76 440 8523).

If I am not wrong ADA gives OTP for snapchat so you might want to change passwords on snap or your whole Gmail if you connected your socials from it

Sep 6, 2023 · Any account that has my number connected, the 2FA code, or any OTP gets sent to my WhatsApp chat rather than my default message app. For example, when I log into my Facebook ID and Facebook sents 2fa OTP it gets sent to my WhatsApp app rather than to my device messages. even from none meta OTP gets sent to whats app. How do I fix this?
