Jul 15, 2015 · It's called Resource Hacker. Now I don't have the program in front of me, but what I remember is that you'll use this program to open your game's .exe file. It will get you its list of icon files. Search for "Change" somewhere. I think it was by double-clicking one of the icons that appear. Then browse for the .ico file you wish to use and save.
