Sep 30, 2023 · On 15 October 2023 the new National Rail Contract (NRC) for West Coast Partnership (WCP) will start. It was agreed with the Department of Transport on 19 September. WCP comprises Avanti West Coast and West Coast Partnership Development - the Shadow Operator for the HS2 programme.
