YoRHa Type A No.2, or just A2, is one of the protagonists of NieR:Automata, as well as the final boss in Branch D. She is also a major character in the YoRHa stage play.

A2 or YoRHa No.2 Type A is the tritagonist of the 2017 RPG videogame NieR Automata, its anime adaptation Nie R Automata Ver1.1a and main protagonist in the manga spin-off prequal YoRHa: Pearl Harbor Descent Record, as well in the flashback episodes of the anime.
