The Knight's Armament Company 6×35mm PDW is an experimental personal defense weapon designed by Knight's Armament Company (KAC), firing a 6mm cartridge optimized for short barrel weapons. A variant chambered in .300 AAC Blackout is also available.

Aug 10, 2016 · The 6x35mm TSWG was designed solely for the unique KAC PDW, but a more traditional AR-15 type rifle called the SR-635 was also chambered for it. Like the .300 Blackout, the 6x35mm was also designed explicitly for 10″ or shorter barrel lengths; KAC has advertised their PDW as being available with 8″ or 10″ barrels.

Aug 10, 2015 · .22 scamp and .17 libra are my favorite among those, second place is 6x35 kac. There is a new cartridge called .223 short, better performance than a .22 hornet, but uses less powder. and shorter than 5.7x28, based on the .223 rem cartridge. American made too.

Apr 20, 2016 · It appears KAC developed the 6x35mm TSWG round directly from a 5.56mm round. Putting a caliper to several unfired rounds revealed a rim diameter of .375 inch and a case head diameter of .372 inch, the same as an unfired Hornady 5.56 round I compared them to.
