Full face for viruses is essential, as they can enter via the eyes which are a mucous membrane. The cartridges are also quite specialised. You can get multigas ABEK cartridges, but they have a much shorter exposure life than single-purpose cartridges.

Scott's CF22 B2-P3 R 042671 filter is rated for phosgene (it's not a CBRN filter though so don't use it for anything else), it's a 40mm threaded connection so it'll work on masks with the same. For masks, you're probably looking at MSA Millenium, Survivair Opti-Fit, 3M 7800B, etc.

Jun 11, 2013 · I contacted 3M directly regarding caulking the film. They also stated that only tempered glass such as my sliding glass door needed any kind of anchoring. I asked the rep for more detail and if I were to apply structural caulk myself if it would void my lifetime warranty on the film. The rep said he would contact an engineer and get back to me.

Feb 24, 2011 · The 3M 6006 filter is for Multi-Gas and Organic Vapor. Because it is OLIVE in color, it would be good for industrial gasses and perhaps Chemical Weapons releases (NIOSH wont test this cartridge because it is not a universal DIN 40mm, however the OLOVE color is the OSHA/NIOSH color for Multi-gas/CBRN filters.
