In my opinion, there's no way two 11,000 btu AC units are going to be able to cool a 31 foot RV down to the 60s, on a Texas summer day - especially if the RV is sitting outside, has slides and they're extended. Those are the smaller rooftop AC units, and they just don't have the capacity.
