Feb 20, 2013 · 15K EUR could mean 15,000 euros (where K means Kilo and is often used as shorthand for thousand) but without seeing the original source it's difficult to say. 15KEUR is not correct, it needs that space between the K and EUR. Not sure about TEUR / T EUR - I'm not familiar with T as an abbreviation for a number although it is possible I suppose.
