Oct 26, 2020 · I've heard that there are many sites that are mirror sites of 9anime. They baically use 9anime's platform to bait users into getting malware. Is there a list of sites which are legit because I've been using 9anime.to and it seems safe. If anyone knows please tell me or link it that would be helpful.

The Fake sites have fewer features and less content than the real 9anime and the real 9anime uses hardsubs which are baked onto the video, so it is literally impossible for the subtitles not to appear.

Mar 5, 2022 · I'm using 9anime. to and I had no problem with websites opening by itself. But today, when I tried to watch an anime on it, it opened a website with a suspected malicious program (my antivirus blocked it). Is it still safe to use 9anime .to ? This also happens in .id too

Sorrow-san has a custom adblocker filter that unblocks only the banner ads. 9anime doesn't make anything from the toxic in-video ads, and that's why they actually recommend using an adblocker!
