It was one of Tesla’s labs, was a Kodak film plant or something for a while, but has been empty for years. There was a group funding and rehabilitating it to make it into a museum. Reply reply

It makes sense that there is a Tesla museum in Serbia, but the work he is famous for was done in the Unites States so it makes sense to have a museum there as well, especially on the site where his lab was. Also, a museum in Belgrade is not very accessible to most Americans interested in Tesla. Far more Americans could make it to New York.

Tesla is a man who had great talents and is in my opinion very well unrecognized for his genius I sincerely hope the museum dream becomes a reality so I as well as many others can enjoy all it's wonders!
