Jun 24, 2024 · Lost all dashboard settings. Hello, a few days ago, suddenly all my dashboard functionality disappeared off the app - including the shortcut icon just above my Ring outdoor Spot Cam Plus on the app (the one that opened all the functional settings options).  Now all I can see is the option to change the home/away setting, and the Event History setting.

Feb 6, 2025 · Hi @user_8cff7a. No. If you have a Ring Home plan, which provides access to Modes, you will have the Mode buttons on the Ring app dashboard. The camera previews are meant to be used as a quick snapshot of the most recent view from that particular camera, not for extended monitoring.

Oct 16, 2020 · The dashboard issue has been an issue for a while now. It seemed briefly resoved for a while, but for the last month or so, it's been an issue. (At least I think it's been a month or more, my sense of time is a blurr).

Nov 21, 2024 · I am the owner.  The new version from about a week ago - 5.79.0.  We buy floodlights needing the ability to quickly turn them on and off as needed.  Honestly, it should be illegal for ring to take away basic features like this.  Kind of violates the understood contract customers have when purchasing any floodlight.
