Jun 3, 2004 · The boot is held around the shroud and onto the spreader with tape. You can buy rigging tape (very expensive), or just use electrician's tape. I have used electrician's tape (a lovely shade of black) for six years on my Oday 23 and have never had a problem. Replacement boots are outrageously expensive.

Dec 5, 2012 · After a rebuild by a licensed mechanic, my YSM-8 runs well, in neutral. however, as soon as it is put in gear it bogs down to the point of stalling, despite opening the throttle to full. In neutral the revs spool up and down in synch with throttle adjustments, the motor seems to run fine until put in either reverse or forward.

I can only guess what is happening; the cylinder heats up too much and the piston rings can't seal the cylinder for some reason and oil starts leaking by. It is weird because it doesn't gradually do it. It's fine one second the next it's pouring oil. When I power it back it's fine again.

May 24, 2005 · I mean the D1 Lower Diamond and the D2 upper intermediate in the middle of the stack on the lower spreader tip and the V2 Lower Upper, forward on the tip and the V1 Lower Intermediate aftmost in the tip stack.. again, just a guess. These can be zoomed in to look at the ends, but the boots make it difficult.

Jan 16, 2016 · On our '91 h30 we washed the covers and foam cushions in a tub with laundry soap and oxyclean. Did the foam cushion first and let dry, then washed covers and put them back over the cushions before dry to combat any shrinkage per the dealer's recommendation.
