Assuming SS86 Megatron is the same height as SS86 Prime, then Soundwave is definitely too short. I'd argue that goes for the Seekers and Shockwave, too.

For example, maybe SS86 Megatron has also an entirely unique figure, and the Fallen figure turns out to be a pretool to, oh, let’s say G2 Megatron, or maybe a Legacy release that reimagines the Michael Bay version of Brawl with a more G1-esque look.
