Dec 27, 2024 · From what I can see, looks like you would need to press the piece out of the 6784 image. Once removed, your new piece would take its place. It is possible there may be some type of adhesive used by DJI when they assembled this part of the gimbal. Without the proper tooling, this would be a bit tricky.

Apr 13, 2017 · You were having gimbal overload problems before the crash, but after you flicked the cam it centered itself. Now you have a non-responsive gimbal. It might seem like they are related, but Im guessing its your ribbon cable after the crash. If the ribbon cable even has a small tear in it, it will stop the gimbal from moving.

Nov 9, 2016 · Gimbal calibration will not complete; stops at 31% with the gimbal continuously moving up and down slightly. I've checked the plate, the little rubber bands and their positioning, and a general visual inspection of the gimbal and camera.

Dec 27, 2024 · Gimbal issues are the one thing that is the most difficult to get repaired by anyone other than DJI. I found that out twice, once with an old Mavic and again with a Mavic 2 PRO . I wasted money with a few advertised companies on here that offered repairs.

Oct 27, 2016 · It was extremely difficult to peel off and broke apart (twice). This, combined with the fact you can only remove it while the gimbal is in the 90 degree down position, thus the Mavic has to be on. I had to hold the gimbal tight with two fingers in one hand while using a fingernail to peel the sticker off gently with the other hand.

May 12, 2020 · In most cases gimbal motors have over current protection to prevent damage to the motors if something jams the gimbal resulting in a Gimbal Overload message. On the Mavic 2 Pro if all 3-motors are jammed it should also prompt to remove the gimbal cover. In any case no damage ‘should’ occur but best to play safe.

Aug 6, 2020 · After a crash I changed the gimbal cables and motors but now the motors do not move, no errors in the dji go app, images and zoom working, the drone arm but the gimbal motors do not work. In the dji go app the gimbal menu does not appear and the serial of this is not there but it is written N / A
