The words ‘size zero’ began to appear in newspaper headlines, often in the context of the deaths of three models: Uruguayan sisters Luisel and Eliana Ramos, who died six months apart aged 22 and 18, and Brazilian 21-year-old Ana Carolina Reston.

Brands like Aerie and Athleta still have models of all sizes, which is SO HELPFUL when buying clothes online. But while other brands were starting to use more diverse models in sizing, now I’m seeing a return to only typical model sizes (I assume sizes 0-4 but I don’t know).
