Oct 29, 2008 · I did a internet search and found that GM did a "recall" for defective paint for early 90s trucks and SUVs. That recall has ended a number of years ago. I have a 1994 Suburban that is white. It has the delaminating paint problem that seems to happen to only white vehicles. The recall did not have a 1994 model year vehicle included in the campaign.

May 11, 2015 · I am having problems with the hazard lights on a 1996 Suburban. I think the same problems are found on full-size GM trucks and SUVs made on the same chassis so I'm posting this in the GM Electrical Tech forum. For my current problem - if I jiggle the hazard switch just right the lights will work. Consequently, I think it's the hazard light switch.

It can sound like the whole front end is about to fall out on the ground. It does it mostly at low speeds when you are making a turn and the road has some uneveness to it.
