THE ISSUE IS the Zune device itself...which is just a USB connection, is not recognized by Windows 11 and will connect and disconnect repeatedly and has never been an issue prior to that.

It was left ON accidentally until the battery drained, and then was not charged for a month. I tried charging it three ways: the Zune HD AV kit; USB to PC; wall charger. None of these work. There is no sign of life after 24 hours being left in a charger.
