The Zune 30 is a portable media player developed by Microsoft, and the first hardware device in Microsoft's Zune brand. It was released on November 14, 2006, simply named the Zune.

Navigation and Menus (Toshiba/Microsoft nailed the control of the first Zune and I miss it a lot on the ZHD. The ability to switch instantly between menus was great on the original and it's just not as fluent on the Zune HD)
