In Boston, zookeeper Griffin Keyes proposes to his girlfriend Stephanie, but is turned down. She says his career as a zookeeper is the reason, breaking his heart. Five years later, Griffin is now the head zookeeper at the Franklin Park Zoo, caring deeply for the animals.
