Aug 6, 2020 · In my little 25G tank every time I added zoa's they melted. In Jan of this year I up graded my tank to my current 50G and added the two little frags of zoa's with about 3 - 4 heads on each and forgot about them. A few months ago I was so happy that they were spreading and now I'm at 7 months with the new tank and well you seen the pics.

Nov 6, 2007 · I noticed them on the Zoas at night, every night. The Zoas seemed to get smaller by the day. I also noticed some flatworms on my tank's glass. Does anyone know if flatworms are known to prey on Zoas? I'm getting to be quite frustrated now, because I really want to start some large Zoa colonies in my tank, and they just aren't making it.

Nov 7, 2007 · I have several small zoa frags with approx. 5 polyps each, including eagle eyes, dragon eyes, golden dragon eyes, red people eaters, pukka pinks, radioactive dragon eyes. I'm having tub's blue and super armour of god's delivered tomorrow. I have been acclimating them at the bottom of my tank for a week. They are all open and glorious!

Jan 7, 2011 · In one tank I use 2 x actinic 1 x fiji purple and 1 x aquablue special T5HO. In the other tank I use 14k metal allide with 2 x actinic. I put them lower in the tank with MH as it seem to be too strong for my deep water zoa. T5HO seem to be best and not too harsh light for them.

Nov 5, 2021 · I plan to add some Euphyllia (e.g. duncans, frogspawn, etc.) and maybe try some SPS near the top of the tank (e.g. birdsnest, montipora caps, etc.). Here are the zoas I have: The person who sold them to me described them from left to right as: Solar Flare, Rastas, Gatorades/Pandora, and Utter Chaos.
