The ZF41 was an optical sight produced in Germany during the Second World War. Starting from 1941, the short 1.5× Zielfernrohr 41 (ZF41) telescopic sight was fitted to some Karabiner 98k rifles for designated marksman use.

However, be warned that the Zf. 41 is highly faked. The first thing to look at is the base rifle. Make sure it is a correct maker and year.

Feb 8, 2015 · ZF41/1 is a simplified version of ZF41 and has less lenses. It has 7 elements in 4 groups. 2 in objective, 2+2 for erecting, 1 for ocular. I do not know what exact difference is made with 2 less lenses than ZF41, but I am sure that the quality of view is poorer.
