The monsters of Zeo are robots created by the Machine Empire. To make a monster grow, Klank would swing Orbus around until he latched onto the monster, injecting an energy that would enlarge the monster.

Staroid is a giant star-shaped robotic monster and the first monster sent down by the Machine Empire in their invasion of Earth. After putting up a good fight against the Zeozords, Staroid is destroyed by the Zeo Megazord.

Leaky Faucet is a robotic faucet/plumber-themed monster brought in to battle the Rangers on a movie set. He was capable of spraying liquid out of his pipe mouth and of stretching out his mouth to attack the Rangers.

A lullaby-singing monster whose sleep-inducing power were to put both human and machine into a deep peaceful sleep with her beautiful voice. She even attempted to hypnotize the Zeo Rangers. She was first defeated in her battle with the Gold Ranger.
