Jan 2, 2022 · Unbeknownst to many, this wine was spiked with Zeke Jaeger's spinal fluid. When ingested by Subjects of Ymir, which is everyone on Paradis Island, Zeke's spinal fluid allows him to turn that person into a mindless Titan by screaming while in their general vicinity.

With Zeke's spinal fluid, because of his royal blood, it seems that as long as an Eldian ingests it in some way (whether through drinking it in contaminated wine or possibly inhaling it as a gas), it becomes possible for Zeke to later activate a mindless Titan transformation in them by screaming.

Jul 20, 2021 · In a nutshell, Zeke’s spinal fluid is mixed with the wine. That means everyone who drinks the wine has the potential to explode into a mindless, pure titan if they are in the range of Zeke’s shout. They can then be controlled by Zeke as they are born from his titan’s spinal fluid.

Zeke just has a port installed. He has a spinal fluid bag filling all the time. The spinal fluid is taken from the titan forms not in their human form. So I’d imagine that in one go, the beast titan can produce several liters of it without actually harming Zeke. As long as the fluid is kept in airtight containers it wouldn’t evaporate.

After consuming Zeke's spinal fluid and hearing his "scream," Subjects of Ymir will turn into Pure Titans who obey his orders. The wine and Titans have proven to be a cheap and effective weapon to conquer enemy nations.

Oct 10, 2021 · Zeke’s spinal fluid doesn’t work in the same way as titan serum (his requires him to trigger transformation, while the serum transforms automatically), and at no other point in the story does spinal fluid from anyone else ever turn a character into a titan.
