I have my Zam over 320 speed, which corresponds to +76 speed boost to the rest of the team (320*1.2=384 for Zam speed and then 384*0.2=76.8 rounded down to 76). This allows my Bounty Hunters to be able to outrun most top-end teams (360 speed) and get consistent wins on significantly better teams.
