ZRS Management is pleased to announce that company President, Darren Pierce, has been elevated to the role of Chief Executive Officer. He succeeds Steve Buck, who has led the company for the past 30 years.

Alamo Manhattan has hired ZRS for a second assignment, to lease-up and manage MODA, a 264-unit property in Dallas, Texas.

Behringer Harvard has chosen ZRS to manage its newest acquisition, Wimberly at Deerwood. Wimberly at Deerwood is a 322-unit garden property located in Jacksonville, Florida.

One of Jackie's standout achievements is the creation of ZRS's Centralized Services Department, which has significantly enhanced operational efficiency by generating payroll savings and allowing property personnel to focus more on customer and resident service.
