Jun 24, 2012 · Toyota may have their own code for the car, but the "ZN6" that everyone is quoting comes from the designation that Subaru uses for the 86/FR-S. Actually, I think the "6" in ZN6 is incorrect. The engine code in the VINs is "A".

Feb 13, 2018 · This is for a 2017+ BRZ/86 however majority of the points will work for the 2013-2016 year models. (For the Front chassis harness you'll most likely be able to repin it so you dont have to remove and replace it) For 13-16 there are a few Modules you want to swap over such as the ECU & BCM!
