Nov 1, 2018 · The ZM LR-300 was a rifle designed by Alan Zitta of ZM Weapons, a former competitor in what was 3 gun before 3 gun even existed, in the mid 90s. The original design was marketed for LEO use, and to my knowledge, all the original hosts were select-fire.

Mar 7, 2022 · The ZM LR300 upper is not compatible with any other parts on the market really, it's dimensions are completely unique, to include the upper rail being higher, and the gas tube entry port being at a very different location.

Dec 3, 2022 · There weren't really any evolutionary changes from the ZM rifles to the Para rifles that I am aware of. The TTR was essentially the same as a late-production LR-300. Para sold some complete rifles that were acquired from ZM Weapons and had ZM markings, but Para added a lasered logo to the right side of the magwell.

Dec 31, 2018 · ZM did, quite a while before PWS. I was a PWS installer for a while before Addax bought the rights. I have wanted a ZM since high school. The ZM is Very different the the PWS, think telescoping gas tube with a spring around d it(if I remember right.*) The early style side folder is my holy grail of AR rifles.

Feb 20, 2005 · I've tried the gun with both a conventional AR grip (Hogue) and the ZM 11 degree grip. The difference was immediately evident. With the ZM stock, the ZM grip is much more comfortable on you shoulder with the angles involved, a much more natural feel. The AR angle grip puts some strain on your shoulder with an unnatural feel. Regarding the forearm.

Oct 21, 2017 · I damn near bought one years ago and decided to buy 3 or 4 other guns instead of the LR 300. I went so far as to contact the company and had everything lined up to order from them. It looked like a cool gun and now I wish I bought one.
