Jan 10, 2023 · In my opinion the Z06 isn't worth 20k over a ZL1, however I own a Z06 and not a ZL1 because I wanted a Corvette not a Camaro so I didn't care. If you're just looking for power, speed and handling on a budget get a ZL1, assuming your comfortable with its short comings.

Aug 22, 2019 · ZL1 1LE vs Z06 w/ Z07 in terms of performance: ZL1 1LE handles better in every way, without a doubt. However the Z06 w/ Z07 is still the faster car in a straight line because it's lighter.

Feb 2, 2025 · Personally, if you're considering a ZL1 or a Z06, go for the Z06. Get a bone stock 2018-2019 model. Way easier to get the wheel chair into the back of the Z06 too.

Jan 20, 2021 · I purchased a C7 2017 Z06 1LZ (automatic) this past March and am in love with it. Recently, the dealer who sold it to me reached out and wants to buy it back, in exchange for a 2021 ZL1 1LE Track package Camaro with every option possible. I am debating this, and would love if I could gain some insight from the community.

Sep 27, 2023 · ZL1 will be cheaper to do maintenance, way more quiet interior. C6 will be more fuel efficient, should be faster around the track due to less weight, lower cost of consumables. ZL1 will be a much better daily. Also easier to get in and out of for older folks.
