Aug 9, 2024 · I've recently come into possession of a ZF 1 scope [NSN - 1240-12-144-0714, Karl Kaps] for my PTR 91 GI and found that my elevation turret moves, but my reticle does not. My windage turret works fine, and I was able to zero the scope on that axis. However i cant adjust the scope for elevation.

Apr 9, 2021 · I need one that works. Case and accessories would be a bonus, but the main thing I want is a Stanag mount scope to put on my AUG special receiver which takes direct mount Stanag scopes. This is for a project I am working on. Hensoldt (any manufacturer is OK) ZF1 or ZF24 scope, preferably with the .223 cam and the crosshair illuminator.

Nov 16, 2016 · The 1966 printing of the G3 manual shows both the later scope/mount and this mount with the 1959 Hensoldt scope. The later mount is shown on a separate page. There is a 1963 printing of the manual which I could not obtain which could help answer this question.

Dec 7, 2017 · It offers what the real STANAG does, which is a good view of the diopter sight for when your scope inevitably loses its zero. On that note, I replaced it with an MFI low profile mount for a time which worked excellently, before buying the surplus Bundeswehr Hensoldt/Wetzler with STANAG mount I currently have on my 91.
