I bought one from trans star today in northern illinois, but they got the part from denver colorado. The part number that cross references the E7TZ-7B602-A ford number to zf's part is: 1307 301 011 .

Oct 28, 2014 · The 4x4 T-19 and ZF are the same length, so no driveshaft modifications. The clutch hydraulics are all the same. What you will need: 1) A ZF5 transmission 2) A floor pan insert; you will need to cut a hole for the transfer case shift lever. 3) A ZF clutch kit and flywheel, with throwout bearing and clutch fork.

Jan 7, 2016 · Also try adjust your pedal linkage out. Just swapped mine to a ZF from 4spd reusing the hydraulics and couldn't get the clutch to release. Tried all the bleeding tricks, but still no luck. Adjusted the linkage out a couple turns and works great now.

Jan 8, 2024 · Obviously the clutch disc is different. Bigger input shaft on the ZF5 than the T19. The OD of the clutch disc is also about 1/2" larger than the T19 disc, so you need a new pressure plate, but I just don't remember shelling out for a flywheel, I thought I was able to get the pressure plate to bolt up. Maybe I did buy a new one, and just forgot.
