While Z clearly used a homophonic substitution cipher in Z408 and Z340 (ignore the Z340 twist), there were certainly other cipher algorithms known at that time, including polyalphabetic substitution ciphers.

Since Oranchak has already checked for names within the cipher as it is (from left to right), I decided to search for names that match the cipher reversed (from right to left).

Additionally, it makes ample use of anagramming and other arbitrary modifications to "make it fit" a pre-selected suspect.
