Yugo Sako (酒向雄豪, Sakō Yūgō) (4 February 1928 – 24 April 2012) was a Japanese film director, screenwriter, and producer, known for his work in Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama. [1]

Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama is a 1993 anime film co-produced by Japan and India; produced and directed by Yugo Sako. It is based on the Indian epic Ramayana. [2][3] The film was directed by Koichi Sasaki and Ram Mohan, with music composed by Vanraj Bhatia.

Yûgô Sakô was a director and writer, known for Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama (1993). He died on 24 April 2012 in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan.
