Cheeksqueek first appears in Yo-kai Cheeksqueek, in which he uses his power on Katie, much to her embarrassment. Upon being confronted by Nate, Cheeksqueek switches target to him, making him fart multiple times despite his earnest attempts to dissimulate it.

When Nate comes home for dinner, he finds his mother unexpectedly angry at him and ends up discovering Yo-kai Papa Bolt and the others. Nate tries to hold a fart in, but Yo-kai Cheeksqueek is making the situation worse for him.
