Pepe the Frog (/ ˈ p ɛ p eɪ / PEP-ay) is a comic character and Internet meme created by cartoonist Matt Furie. Designed as green anthropomorphic frog with a humanoid body usually wearing a blue tee-shirt, Pepe originated in Furie's 2005 webcomic Boy's Club. [2]

Pepe Scream. On June 4th, 2017, Spirit Realm Games released a gameplay trailer for their mobile game Pepe Scream, a Flappy Bird-style game in which players control a depiction of Pepe the Frog by yelling "REEEEE!" into their microphone (shown below).

One panel has him saying "Feels good man", as an explanation for him pulling his pants to the floor when he pees. Someone on 4chan made a clean image of this frog saying "feels good man", and it soon started to be a meme image for all sorts of visceral pleasures.
