The Yelamu were a local tribe of Ohlone people from the San Francisco Bay Area in Northern California. The Yelamu spoke a language called Ramaytush. The modern Association of Ramaytush Ohlone (ARO) are the descendants of the Ramaytush.

Yelamu refers to the original peoples of the territory within the boundaries of what is now the County of San Francisco. The Yelamu are considered to be an independent tribe of the Ramaytush peoples because they spoke the Ramaytush dialect of the San Francisco Bay Costanoan language.

The Yelamu were an independent tribe of the Ramaytush peoples. The southern boundary of their tribal territory was fairly consistent with the current San Francisco/San Mateo county line. There are no known living descendants of the Yelamu.
