As a member of How2Recycle, we have begun to remove elements of our products and packs that would otherwise inhibit recycling of the packaging such as laminate coating.

Yaktrax® creates winter footwear traction devices that are anatomically designed to meet the needs of consumers in winter elements. My role was to design four new packages (Heeltrax, Diamond Grip, Chains & Spikes).

Engineered for unbeatable grip, these slip-on traction cleats for shoes and boots are designed to minimize the risk of falls when walking on cold or slick surfaces, making them indispensable winter essentials for hiking, commuting, or daily winter activities.

As research uncovered insights into how consumers used Yaktrax products, BOLTGROUP connected the brand to those user touchpoints in every way possible—from identity to packaging to communications. A new contemporary logo was created.

Featuring an iconic Yak and a powerful new font, the new Yaktrax logo will roll out on packaging, in-store displays, and other marketing materials starting next fall.
