Nov 28, 2023 · Hi guys, I'm looking for where I can find some cool (free) 90s Bryce 3d style HDRI maps of skies with clouds, empty desert, middle of ocean with cloudy sky, abstract "studio lighting", etc. (doesn't actually have to be HDRI) Basically just stuff that looks very simple and isn't distracting or too realistic on super glossy and chrome surfaces.

Many/most of these will cast ‘hard’ shadows without any additional light sources. Quality and license, noted; ones without comment are either no restrictions or unknown.

Did you achieve this with a custom HDRI or did you download one off the internet? I assume this was achieved with simply some primitive spheres with a custom texture + an hdri?

Feb 6, 2023 · There are a few different motifs of y2k that come across as time goes towards beginning, mid, and end. But I'd say the strongest look goes towards the first two. For 3d, if you aren't using an HDRI you can forget looking like real y2k.
