If I check DEGIRO it seems that XET and TDG have the same 3.90 EUR fee, if that is the case then why would I not want to have the option of doing aftermarket trading? (not doubting your input, just want to understand why I would not want to choose for more functionality if the fee is the same)

Jun 11, 2024 · XET and NYSE trade only during their open hours. In TDG you can trade from 8am-10pm (im Im not wrong) German time. I would use TDG only for trading very volatile shares like meme stocks or so. In case something unexpected happens, you can buy more or sell and not wait for the markets(XET, NYSE) to be open.
