May 16, 2023 · I'd get 70% on the windshield. Definitely get it tinted. XPEL XR Plus is definitely worth it. Tint percentage is irrelevant when it comes to benefits of tint, but 50% is the sweet spot for the windshield. Just remember that some of the expel products are only tested to 1100 nm, I would recommend a LLumar IRX 50 which is tested up to 2700 nm.

Way, way more noticeable than I had anticipated. 70% on front, rear, and rear sides and 20% on front 2 windows is a perfect match. 70% is going on the roof, but they creased the piece of material and had no more so have to return for that to be finished.

Aug 10, 2023 · If you look at the spec sheet the 70% has the highest IR rating of all densities in both XR Black and Plus. Unless folks pull the trigger for Plus on all the glass the combo of Black and Plus is by far the most popular among my client base.
