Mar 9, 2021 · Looks like everything XM177 through XM177E2 and GAU.-5/A/A should fall within 900000 through 909999 if I'm reading this right. A known GX-5857 was SERIAL 014657 (which indicates it was part of the S.A.W.S. contract, and that makes sense.)

Oct 10, 2023 · When I was looking at pics (AF pics, not other clone pics) to build my GUU-5/P seemed like a lot of variations in parts but I guess that could have been since I was mostly looking at P's, or just what I happened to be seeing. Slickside, or A1 uppers, flat and later delta rings, A1 or A2 grips, and the various barrels. Learned something new.

May 30, 2020 · I love mine, but it’s not a “clone”. Close enough for me. It’s probably the lightest AR I own, the carry handle and irons have a charm all their own. I put an MBT-2 in it as a luxury and that helps make it very nice to shoot. It’s a pin and weld job, I bought the upper complete.
