In 2022, the RX 580 4gb is fucking awful, in new WZ 2.0 it cannot get over 50 fps, better cpus may increase this, im running an i5-7400 which is also shit. Over my 4 years of having an RX 580 4gb, it has had driver timeouts and failures hundreds of times, cannot run any high end game at high fps even at lowest settings, and gets unusually hot.

Most likely version 24.8.1 is not compatible with your RX 580. Need to wait for AMD to update your GPU RXX 580 AMD driver.
