There are three different Types of XCR-L Bolts – Type 0, Type 1, and Type 2. There are two different types of XCR-L Carriers. As you can see from the images above, the Type 0 has a very small Firing Pin head sticking out the back of the Bolt.

Sep 2, 2021 · So after the session yesterday I loosened the retention bolt, removed and inspected the barrel, then returned it to position. I think that I now have it seated all the way down, and I tightened the retention bolt back to spec, 200 inch pounds. Has anyone had this happen?

Sep 10, 2007 · Anywhere that the bolt/carrier is touching, you're going to have wear. It's normal for the gun. Some guns function differently, rub less, have a different finish, etc. Our gun may rub against the inside, but it's really nothing to worry about. The wear marks on yours are fairly typical.
