What's more common is for people to play another class until mid T8, then swap warr for T9/T10. Normally you have one brown in the raid in T7/T8, then go to 2 in T9, then 2/3 in T10. OP's right here. Fury scales very much with gear and ARP. in T7 early T8 there just isnt enough ARP gear to make fury work like it should.
